Our Ethics Policy

At DEVA, we have established Ethical Trade Rules that guide our conduct and interactions in all commercial activities:

Honesty: Honesty and transparency are paramount in all our commercial activities and relationships with our business stakeholders. We operate with integrity, honesty, and transparency in our dealings with both our employees and our business partners.

Confidentiality & Privacy: We recognize our obligation to protect information that could create a competitive disadvantage for DEVA, including trade secrets, financial and other information, as well as personal data of employees, customers, and stakeholders, in accordance with confidentiality agreements. We safeguard designated "confidential" information related to all DEVA activities, use such information only for DEVA's purposes, and share it with relevant parties within the scope of the law and DEVA's internal regulations. Insider trading through the unauthorized disclosure of any confidential information from DEVA for personal gain is strictly prohibited. We do not take out any secret information and documents related to our duties, such as projects, regulations, etc., when leaving our company.

Conflict of Interest: As DEVA and its employees, we avoid conflicts of interest. We do not personally benefit from persons or entities with whom we have business relationships through our current position or through personal or family connections. We do not engage in any financial activity outside of DEVA for additional financial gain.

Responsibilities: In addition to our legal responsibilities, we strive to fulfill our responsibilities to our customers, colleagues, suppliers, competitors, society, and humanity. We conduct all our commercial activities domestically and internationally in compliance with national and international regulations, providing accurate and understandable information to legislative bodies and authorities without any expectation of benefit.

Responsibilities Towards Employees: We ensure that our employees use their personal rights correctly and accurately. We provide honest, fair, and transparent information to our employees, create a non-discriminatory, safe, and healthy working environment, encourage them to participate in appropriate social and community activities, and take necessary measures for individual development within the framework of social responsibility.

Responsibilities Towards Customers: Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we respond promptly and accurately to the needs and demands of our customers with our proactive management approach. We deliver our products and services on time and in accordance with specifications. We approach our customers equally, transparently, politely, respectfully, and fairly.

Responsibilities Towards Suppliers: We treat our suppliers fairly, politely, and respectfully, and do not violate confidentiality and privacy rules. We fulfill our commitments on time. We use national resources in our products and work with qualified suppliers on a national basis in the framework of equal opportunities, taking measures to improve the supply chain.

Responsibilities Towards Competitors: We only compete in the "legal" and "ethical" fields and avoid actions and practices that could lead to unfair competition.

Responsibilities Towards the Public: We act in accordance with the benefit of society, respect for the environment, and social responsibility, support developments that will improve the living standards of our social stakeholders, and strive to raise awareness about climate change and sustainable environment both in our commercial activities and in our private lives. DEVA employees act sensitively on issues that provide social benefits, try to participate in appropriate activities in civil society organizations, public services, and these issues. We are sensitive to the traditions and cultures of our country and the countries where we operate commercially.

Responsibilities Towards the Company's Future: We prioritize the sustainability of DEVA and creating value for the future of our company, strictly adhere to our strategic plan, avoid unnecessary risks, adhere to budget discipline, and act transparently within the framework of mutual accountability. We efficiently manage DEVA's resources and avoid actions that would reduce our competitiveness.

Responsibilities Towards Our Brand: Our stakeholders trust and rely on DEVA thanks to our capabilities, professionalism, competence, transparency, and honesty. To maintain and continuously improve this trust and reputation, we adhere unconditionally and unconditionally to our policies, national and international laws/regulations/standards, and the technical specifications we commit to our customers. We do not commit to offering products and services in areas where we are not competent and professional. Our employees and suppliers consist of individuals and legal entities who apply honesty and legitimacy criteria. We do not work with those who damage social morality, the environment, and public health. In the visual and written press, when we represent DEVA in public, we express the corporate views of DEVA, not our personal views. On social media platforms, we act with awareness that our opinions may bind DEVA, while expressing our opinions related to our duties and/or personal preferences.
